The congress fee includes: welcome party, access to the congress, program and abstract booklet, coffee breaks, conference kit. 

Participants can register and pay the congress fee if they wish to attend the congress without an oral presentation or poster.

Student must attach the reference letter or an image of a valid student ID card for complete registration.

Attendance for accompanying persons is free of charge and they are welcome at the welcome party, but will not receive a congress kit.

Registration Terms and Conditions


Upon completion of your online registration, you will receive an email from our official agency, IMPALA, with either instructions on secure credit payment (a surcharge of 3.9% applies) or an invoice for wire bank transfer.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy


All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the congress. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting.

The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted. American Express will not be accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 15th July 2025.


Cancellation of Registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the official congress agency (IMPALA) by fax: + 381 11 3096428 or email: 20icm@bio.bg.ac.rs.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of €50.00.

Liability and Insurance


Liability

In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.


Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Serbia, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
